WHAT THEY DO
7k specializes in creating a customized 4-hour interactive rock dance party in almost any environment - theaters, clubs, bars, student unions, weddings, you name it. 7k is armed with over an hour of danceable, fist-pumping original pop/rock tunes from their 3 indie-label albums, as well as 3 full sets of party-starting cover songs, from classic rock (like AC/DC's "You Shook Me All Night Long") to contemporary pop (Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance") to hip hop/dance songs ("Hot in Herre" by Nelly played by a 3-piece rock band is something you shouldn't miss) and they even do a little Country (Garth Brooks and Rascal Flatts, anyone?) The boys of 7k enjoy blurring the lines between stage and audience by getting the crowd dancing, singing along, and up on stage with the band. By the end of the show, they're usually fighting to get to their microphones because the stage is so packed with audience members - and that's how they like it. 7k is committed to inspiring their audiences to come together, seize the moment and get the most out of their event!
WHAT THEY BRING
For an additional charge, 7k can provide their own production (PA & Lighting), if production services are not being provided by the venue or hosts.
7k has a compact, powerful, state of the art PA system as well as a portable professional LED stage lighting system. The PA is equipped with powerful thumping sub-woofers but is also very elegant and inconspicuous. The lighting system uses LED-equipped instruments that create less heat, draw less current, and are just as bright as conventional incandescent par cans. If the event has an MC, we can provide a separate mic and stand for his/her use.
WHAT THEY CHARGE
Performance fee (separate from Production Fee) varies based on location and technical requirements but generally ranges between $1000 and $3500. The Production Fee for most events is $1000.00 and includes delivery, set-up, and operation.
