Anaheim, CA, March 2, 2010 – 7k announces their 2010 spring tour schedule, a follow up to a successful six-week fall tour. The rock trio from Orange County return to universities, college campuses, clubs and bars across the U.S. on a mission to inspire audiences, expand their fan base, rattle the nation and surge its heart with their live long, play hard, rock and roll axiom.
“We met such amazing people on the road last year,” said Jeff Garvin, lead singer and bassist, “we’re already reconnecting with them on Facebook, Twitter and look forward to seeing them on our spring tour.” From vlogs to blogs to tweets, the band’s social networking updates and entertains new and old fans with gig information and humorous stories from the road.
7k band members, Garvin, David Neil Black on lead guitar, and drummer, Corey Manske are signed to Long Beach’s independent record label, Cement records. Additional accolades include: a featured showcase at SXSW, video recording of “My High Life”, opening their own club, headlining the House of Blues, touring nationally, a regular rotation on college radio and their music featured in a motion picture.
